3829 Twin Oaks Way Oakland, CA, 94605, USA - SequoyahI am writing to report overgrown weed on private property on the side/back yard of 3829 Twin Oaks Way. While the neighbor has finally mowed the front the side and back yard present not only an extreme fire hazard, weeds blow into the surrounding neighbors yard who are trying to keep their home yards maintained. The city dose not appear to have a place to file this notice otherwise so I am writing on behalf of the surrounding neighbors to report. This has gone on too long and is a serious fire hazard in close proximity to the Oakland Hills.
Please respond with action or notification to the owners of the property at 3829 Twin Oaks Way. You should see this unsafe condition for yourself.
