3. Full length of vacant lot, from wire fence to sidewalk curb: All brush, weeds and litter, etc.

Over grown weeds at the end of e 25th street and all along the sidewalk. Perfect hiding places for pests and plenty of trash concealed.

Weed overgrowth on parkway. Blocking passenger entrance and exit when parked.

Can't walk on Chester lifted paving on opposite side of street kids have to walk in the street one block from school

Landscaping between 12th and Fruitvale BART is neglected to the point of blocking pedestrian access. Branches hit cyclists in street. Rat situation is bad.

Overgrown trees along the sidewalk across from fire department 1. Have to duck under tree branches walking down sidewalk

Weeds over growing blocking pedestrian. People littering and trash accumation because of over growing weeds. Neighbors has helped clean up here and there but grown tired.

The hedge at the entrance to the Bowles staircase on the right side is encroaching over the walking path. Needs to be cut back to at least 3 inches past the sidewalk pavement

This several acre lot is located at 2446 90th Avenue has not been trimmed or cut in over 2 years it is a fire hazard please address

The sidewalk and parking lot are full of overgrown weeds and lots of trash. It's been like this for months. Horrible for the neighborhood. Sidewalk needs to be cleanup as well as the parking lot. Isn't the owner of the parking lot required to maintain the property. Not ok to bring down the neighborhood with all this garbage, filth, and lack of maintenance.
