A person has decided to make an encampment in this area due to the lack of parking enforcement and street cleaning doing their jobs and actually cleaning the street and citing cars that haven’t moved from that location and towing them if not moved. I know it may seem intimidating and the persons now living on the side walk may be threatening them but it’s needed for those citations and street cleaning to occur or this is what we get. Location is in-between Hilton st and 55th Ave on Bancroft Ave in East Oakland. You can’t miss it. -
