    3’ tall dry grasses on every square foot of public property on Skyline Blvd from zero maintenances. The median center, both sides of the roadway.
    The trees were shading out the tall invasive grasses from growing. Stumps dont shade out grass growth. Now most of the public ground is in full sun for grasses to thrive.
    The street is a serious fire hazard right up to the vehicles. You can put your hand out the window and touch them in places.
    Dry Branches, pine needles and flamable debris from lack of regular street sweepers in the road way.
    Volunteers cant do all of this! Home owners are going out to do it themselves as they are fed up and cant drive safely on the street.
    The gass weed eaters are rampant and illegal now.

    The attached photographs, which are representative but not comprehensive, show clear instances of fire ladders, dead branches, tree crowns "bridging" across Balboa Dr, and plants that have grown "feral" (that's the word the fired department used when they asked a homeowner to do additional mitigation to thin bushes and plants).
