This car has been blocking our driveway for over 24 hours. We have called twice and reported online previously. They have not even been issued a ticket, much less towed.

Consistent pattern of business dumpsters being left on the street and sidewalk.
They are never put out of sight. Blocks line of sight for cars turning onto 35th. Also blocks the sidewalk and adds blight to the neighborhood.
