Drivers on Joaquin Miller Rd would proceed through without realizing cars on Monterey Blvd has right of way and have been stopped and are proceeding through the intersection. So many near miss accidents. Some one is going to get serious injured. Definitely a liability exposure against the City of Oakland. Please take care of this overgrown vegetation ASAP.
