Description

There has been a grey BMW 540i, license #6AQS322 parked in front of 1233 103rd for three days. The vehicle has not moved. I have already inquired with the neighbors and they don't know who the car belongs to. The area is marked for plumbing work done (permits obtained), but the contractors are unable to access the area.
