Description

Problem at Central Reservoir Park on East 29th. Homeless encampment resident repeatedly starting fires which caused a grass fire this morning.inhabitants are collecting, stacking, and using dried palm fronds and other dry brush as fuel. This endangers the public safety of the neighborhood and homes along the edge of Central Reservoir Park.
