Description

This apt complex has issues with sidewalk dumping. Appears to be the owner's workers whom clear out/refurbish apartments when tenants to end of the month move-outs.
As of Weds. 29th, the carpet & wooden dresser appear to have been removed; the sofa remains partially on sidewalk, and significantly blocking actual street❗This will MOST CERTAINLY encourage the mentally ill homeless, to bring their items and begin sleeping on this residential street❗
