Description

Walk signal across MacArthur at Howe St in the late afternoon takes about 90 seconds. This is too long a wait as it is a very busy time with hospital shifts changing and people leaving work. I have been watching people jaywalk because the wait to cross is so long. This is very dangerous as traffic on MacArthur is heavy and speeding.
