At the end of the dead end street people have been dumping trash. There is a homeless camp there with tents. The homeless people are using the trash to build houses.

That camp gets cleaned out, then grows back.
Now there are trailers parked there. Many people are loitering. More people harrassing drivers at the stop light. It doesn't feel safe to walk home from home depot.
All the city needs to do is enforce the parking laws regarding trailers and the 72 hour law
