This happens 24/7. Prime time is morning rush West bound. In the last Nine months less then 45 minutes of enforcement. This has been reported before to EPD. I understand EPD must watch the parking lots in town to keep shoppers coming back. we need our share of EPD's time .FYI: kids live around here . .
