Completely blocking bike path on both sides. Has been like this for months. Now there’s even a spray painted sign telling pedestrians not to pass. I don’t think we should criminalize homelessness but this goes wayyyy too far. One or two homeless ppl should not be entitled to block a major pedestrian route indefinitely. Come on, Oakland get your act together.
