There are dirt trucks that are over the four and one-half ton limits for Empire Road exit in
an empty field at the West End
of Tunis Road in Oakland
California this went on all day
Saturday October 8th and has
begun already this morning
Monday October 10th
After talking to some of the truck drivers and employees we found out that they are operating a dirt yard so dirt is being brought in clean and then taken back out on a residential road that does not allow trucks over four and a half ton it's slowing traffic down especially during Peak commute times
