Description

💠Richard Pinn's 3 cars,  chronically monopolize 3.5 spaces - in front of our 257 Athol Ave, Oakland, CA .

💠not working outside of hm affords him to be nocturnal and rarely awake to leave apt,  before 2pm

💠rarely do he, or the woman -whose unit he resides in with her -  depart in separate vehicles. Despite the 2 of the 4 vehicles being operational.

💠apx 2yrs now, Richard Pinn has systematically,  NOT allowed enough space for anyone else to park directly in front of - or near - 257 Athol Ave apt complex (multi dwelling, apx 12 units - 2 per unit).

💠On street cleaning days he and his woman team effort, move his cars directly across the street - ONLY until immediately after the sweeper is done.

💠their unit @ 257 Athol Ave (Apt#5 /2nd level) has a street view balcony to monitor when street sweepers come/go on the morning of street cleaning for the block.

💠Richard's Mercedes is the same tan color as his Infinity, possessing NO plates. The front end of Mercedes hugs the back end of the Infinity.

💠The back end of his white Mini Van, backs up tightly against the inoperable Infiniti thus hugs the Infinity's front end.

💠Mercdes & Mini Van, successfully bookends the no lic plate (front/back, inoperable Infinity)

💠apt #5 garage stall does not render enough light for a non flash cp camera to capture make/model/lic plate of inoperable Tiwn & Country Mini Van.

💠his inoperable Town & Country Mini Van parked in gated garage of 257 Athol Ave,  is a deep blue color, Lic Plate # 7LRZ821

💠FYI: when u boot one of his vehicles, he breaks it off with a tool - when u tow one of his vehicles, he will simply pay to get it from Tow Yard
