Description

2-lamp street light between 3220 Lakeshore Ave (76 gas station) & 3238 Lakeshroe Ave (CVS) is completely dead. Light pole # REMOVED--post replacement # up high & reachable only via extension ladder. This is 1 of 3 dead light poles in Lakeshore Ave - Grand Lake area with light pole #s REMOVED. This light pole is located in front of a recessed doorway sheltered from wind & rain.
