Description

This intersection needs a safety audit and overhaul. We see many accidents in this intersection (multiple per month), mainly due to left turns. It is a very confusing intersection if you are not familiar with it, and signage and signals need to be set up in a more foolproof manner, especially left turn restrictions. The photo is the latest crash on the 4th of July.
