Description

This Volvo sedan has been parked next to 3221 Fruitvale Avenue x Woodbine Avenue for over three months. It's parked in the opposite direction of traffic and is taking up space needed for patients of Dr. Carrie Ousley @ Dimond Chiropractic. It doesn't have a license plate... instead it has a temporary, paper license plate. It's definitely abandoned.
