Description
There's been some street-work done on E15th Street, between 4th and 5th avenue in Oakland, where a large steel plate covering has been added over the hole in the road. However, no blacktop was used to keep the steel plate in place or to keep the plate from rattling on the ground each (and EVERY) time a car or other vehicle drives over the plate. Please either fix the work quickly or affix the plate to the road with some soft blacktop, as the sound is load and constant (24 hrs/day)!!!
