Description

The grass around the rec center (and many other parts of Arroyo Viejo Park) have been badly torn up by dirt bikes, ATVs, or other motorized vehicles. These vehicles should not be allowed to destroy the park and also create all that noise pollution. Why didn't that security guard do anything?? please stop and prevent this destruction! It becomes a muddy, unusable mess and is vandalism!!
