Description

these are 2 garbage bins near the lookout on skyline on the way to chabot space center, between castle drive and chabot...overflowing with garbage left by crowds having drinking parties there at night. 2-3 cases of Modelo beer on weekdays, 4-6 cases on weekend nights...bins are full and stuff is just thrown into bushes and park area.
