Description

There is constant speeding, revving, and donuts happening at 59th and Marshall. It's now up to multiple times of day. You can see tire tracks and occasionally left over undercarriage. There have also been collisions/clipping of corners. We have children on the street and it's just a matter of time before someone is hurt. Please come evaluate the situation and see what would help - cameras, signage, speed bumps or an extra stop sign (it's a double block).
