The entire block from 7300 - 7600 block WELD STREET needs re-pavement. The entire street is deteriorating with crack, potholes, and the speed bumps as well. Cars are speeding all the time on this block. I see Arthur street repaved but there is no attention to Weld Street. What do residents on this block need to do to get some attention to this block?

Black Male, living inside the abandoned car (Acura, silver plate: 6LPC684) in front of light post at 7450 Weld Street- is collecting bags and boxes of trash. This bags of trash is obstructing pedestrians from using the sidewalk, the cause of roaches and rodents, and a blight to the neighborhood. He urinates and defecates by the light post. In addition, this person also sells drugs inside the car. There are people that come and sit with him inside the car that also adds to the garbage already piling.

Acura - Silver 4 door sedan Plates: 6LPC684 in front of light post at 7450 Weld Street. There is a black male around 50yrs living inside the car that has not been moved for over 3 months. This person has trash under the car and outside the car by the light post. There are boxes of garbage being collected. He sells drugs inside the car. People come and sit with him inside the car while he sells it to them. He also urinates/defecates right by the light post or just outside his car. This person needs to move, doing illicit activities of selling drugs, urinating and defecating in front of residents.

Parking Enforcement needed starting from 7437 – 7619 Weld Street. Every single days from 2pm – 12am cars are parked illegally on this site of the street that states “No Parking Any Time”. Traffic can't flow through because of the illegal cars parked. Altercations have happened because people will meet from both directions and there is no space to move over to let the other car go through. The illegally parked cars are from the dice games that happen at 7443, 7445, 7447, and 7449 from 2pm-12am almost every single day. If you have to leave your home during this time, and you live in the middle of the street where the traffic bottlenecks, good luck there are also lots of car accidents, at least 1/day, because of the illegal parking. People just ignore the No Parking signs, they block residents drive way and get upset when interrupted from their dice gambling when asked to moved their cars. They have locked out residents from their own home and unable to get “From their own home”.

By the way, these people who come and dice gamble do not live in the neighborhood. Tenants of the apartments 7443 7445, 7447, and 7449 let them loiter and trash their residence.

There is an abandoned RV parked in front of 7506 Weld Street that has been there for at least 3 months and it has not been removed. There is no license plate visible, there is trash coming out and it has the door opened. This is a hazard to the residents since Weld Street is already a narrow one side parking street but people double park and it is really dangerous going through that area without scraping your car and the car illegally park on the other side.

Parking enforcement on the 7300 -7600 Weld Street block. There is more than 20 cars parked eveyday 2:00pm - 2:00am on the side of the street "NO PARKING ANYTIME" these people block residents drive way come gamble with dices at 7445-7501 Weld Street. They block the flow of traffic and stop friends in the middle of the street and that blocks traffic from both ways. If the City wants to make money providing citations for parking on a Zone that clearly states "NO PARKING ANY TIME" money will be made. I have called the non-emergency number when a car is blocking my driveway and doesn't want to move the police never shows up. What else is there to do, I have been unable to leave my house, the one for which I own and pay property tax on it and feel like a prisoner that can't get out when I want to. What gives these thugs that right.
