    1215 High St Oakland, CA, 94601, USA - South Kennedy Tract
    The traffic light at East 12th and High St. was recently changed to a longer time, and has caused numerous back-up to San Leandro St. during Rush Hour.
    Please revert the length of the red light facing High St. back to shorter, so this issue can be alleviated.
  • Tidal Place Oakland, California - South Kennedy Tract

    This is the 8th or 9th time I've reported this; supposedly it was turned over to Port of Oakland, but the encampment is still there.

    Upon arrival at scene, you must go on water-side of fence railing, and down slope towards water to see encampment. The man and his friends sleep there and urinate and defecate into the water daily.

    This is my fourth reporting of this issue since May of 2017; there is a growing homeless encampment both in and on the estuary embankment. We now have tents and structures being erected using tarps and sofas and grocery carts.
    Oakland, please, do something!
