the sidewalks on EDWARDS AVE from the 580 to Sunnymere drive are completely destroyed and a serious helth and safety hazard. I saw an old lady trip and fall just this AM. This is also an issue of blight. Studies have shown that broken sidewalks lead to increased poverty, bring property values down thus decreasing the city tax base. Please fix these.
