Description
The intersection of 13th Ave and Chatham is dangerous. Drivers going northwest on Chatham regularly run the light, making it extremely hazardous for drivers and pedestrians traveling on 13th Ave. I have had many close calls, it is only a matter of time before a tragedy occurs there.
Please check to make sure that the lights are synced up correctly. If they are, please add a speed bump earlier on Chatham, a sign indicating that there is a red light ahead, and a traffic camera to ensure that there are consequences for dangerous driving.

The crosswalks at this intersection, and at 13th Ave and MacArthur, are within 600 feet of the grounds of Edna Brewer Middle School.
Thus, these crosswalks may (and should) be signed as school crossing, though the law is a bit confusing.

In addition, a school zone sign may be in any area within 500 feet of school grounds. While there is a sign on Chatham, it is much less than 500 feet from Edna Brewer, and there isn't a sign which says end of school zone.
Let's get this changed, and start ticketing people.
