after a year and a half you finally removed the enormous pile of stolen bikes and various items from webster/macarthur. Now the same man is back but is now set up in mosswood park proper. His stolen bike pile between the basketball field and tot lot is growing and i hate to think this will grow to the catastrophe that was before. Please end this craziness once and for all.
