Traffic green light needs to be extended for cyclists proceeding from WB Thornhill onto SB Moraga. Senses bicyclist just fine, but light turns red so quickly it's impossible even to jump on the pedals and make it across the intersection before SB Moraga light turns green; SB Moraga traffic doesn't expect a bicycle coming from the left when they have a full-on green light.
