My issue applies to Mandela between 6th and 7th; it applies to 6th Street (if Meter #1718859182 or 1716659182 (can't read the ticket) is on 6th, or it would apply to whatever street that meter is on) bordering the West Oakland BART parking lot, and I believe Campbell may also border the West Oakland BART lot. I'm sure most of the streets around the West Oakland BART station are swept on the same day and time, so my complaint applies to all of the streets around the West Oakland BART, whether they directly border BART or not, that are scheduled to be cleaned in the daytime. I believe Oakland Public Works should have records of which streets those are. Because this area is needed for BART parking, the streets should be swept at night wherever possible, particularly 4-lane streets and streets without residential buildings on both sides.

And we need more parking lots near the West Oakland BART station, which would eventually would provide revenue for the city.
