According to city records found on this city site (http://mapgis.oaklandnet.com/streetsweeping/), the 3900 block of Webster Street is supposed to be swept twice per month. However the signs on the block indicate that street sweeping happens once per month on the block, and in fact this block is only swept once per month.

Every other block in the area is swept twice per month. This block needs to be swept twice per month as well. Since the city records indicate that street sweeping should occur twice per month, the signs and the street sweeping schedule should be changed to reflect the city records.
