Deskripsyon
This van has been parked here for the past week. Looks like whoever is living in the van is starting to get comfortable and has furniture items and other junk now on the sidewalk next to where it is parked. Needs to find another location, but should not be allowed to leave their items on the street.

"OPD is overwhelmed by the homeless camps."
So they use that as an excuse for why they refuse to do anything about it. I wonder how they will feel when the City starts to be sued by all the property owners and renters in the affected areas. The City is basically telling us that certain neighborhoods are where they want to see the homeless parked... tough sh.t for those of us who live and work in those neighborhoods.
