  Agreed - too many people on eastbound West Grand make a wrong left turn into the southbound-only lanes of Mandela Parkway. The intersection is so large and confusing that multiple signs are needed. As the OP suggested, DO NOT ENTER signs should be posted flanking the southbound lanes of Mandela Pkwy just north of West Grand. But most of all, a very large west-facing diagram sign should be posted on pole #A3933 (at the end of the center island on West Grand approaching the Mandela intersection - see https://goo.gl/maps/vHmzSNVHd9L2) which should depict Mandela Pkwy's parkway median island configuration and that left turns are only made AFTER you pass the parkway median. Just posting a "No Left Turn" sign there without context will cause further confusion and frustration to people who are already confused.

  Here is an example - mount this facing west at pole #A3933. Do the same at the east (opposite) side of the intersection, in addition to or instead of the existing no left turn sign.
