Does that community want something done about it? Why has it been allowed to spread? Let's hear from them, too.

Not just the 10th Street, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th, and the cross streets of Webster, Franklin, etc. are all severely unsanitary. The City of Oakland should clean the streets and sidewalks, and proactively enforce the health and safety codes.

Including the underpasses. With the bird droppings, urine, etc., it is a severe health hazard, and relying on volunteers to handle it is not sufficient!
