Opis

IF a LARGE WASTE CONTAINER were to be provided in the vicinity, perhaps these folks could be persuaded to deposit junk? A violent argument amongst themselves at 5 am on Sunday 7/29 resulted in crap being flung everywhere, including into the street. Who can help? I spoke to the Officer Singh, on duty at the intersection where PGE is working. He said he MIGHT be able to "check on the situation."
