The sidewalk that runs along what used to be the eastbound lane of MacArthur Blvd (now the onramp) is absolutely impassable due to the homeless encampment that CalTrans has forced onto it. No one can get through. And the smell from the accumulated debris is strong. Please clean this up and remove the sidewalk. The whole area, underneath the onramp as well, should be fenced in and made unusable.

zwkelly I see you've joined the ranks of this website's thought police and had them censor all my comments and put a permanent block on all comments from my account. This is absolutely a partisan issue. These problems do not EVER occur in Repu.blican-majority cities. These problems are EXCLUSIVE to Demo.crat-controlled cities. Why is that? Because Demo.crats are the party that is destroying our nation. They are the ones who ruined Oakland and made it into the awful dump it is today.
Many decades ago Oakland was a Re.publican majority city. It was a beautiful place. The streets were clean and safe. Then, the Demo.crats came and took over. Ever since then, the violent crime has skyrocketed and the city has turned into a literal and figurative dump.
You can try to hand-wave and dismiss this all you want. Anyone with a brain can go online and look at the official statistics from credible sources and see that everything I'm saying is a true fact. Demo.crats systematically destroy every city they take over.
