Just a total mess ,tents and filth blocking the side walk .The area under the freeway is a total dump site . I can't believe this is allowed to continue for years as this is the gateway to Jack London Square and across the street from the police station . Why is there not this problem in Orinda ,Walnut Creek or Alameda ? because they enforce the laws .
