I live at this intersection and constantly hear cars crashing into and honking at each other for driving the wrong way. Every single day, without fail. There should be one way signs on each traffic light post that hangs over Grand. (If you can see the green/red light, you can see the one way sign.) Other cities solve this problem similarly and it seems like the easiest way to take care of the issue. Please help!
