  So as long as it is a culture event it is ok to break each and every park rule and regulation. I sure they left the park cleaner than they found. Which would be a first.

  Hi Ken - yes. BBQ'n while Black. It was organized last year after the BBQ Betty incident at the lake. This was it's two-year anniversary. There were booths with crafts, food, services and it was a festive and well attended event. I ended up walking around the lake today and though it wasn't as clean as I had hoped, it was pretty well taken care of. Some of the surrounding streets had broken glass and garbage.
