Grafitti on private property is Code Compliance. After a year and one-half of waiting for them to act on my complaint from 2012, it is clear that Code Compliance WILL DO NOTHING for our community whatsover. The head of that department SHOULD BE FIRED for dereliction of duty. The local inspector Mr. Pham is truly useless. I called him, sent him letters, NOTHING. I have seen the grafitti and it's a shame to see it there. The longer it is left there, the more likely more will follow.
