We recently received a complaint from a member of the public stating that the Bay Trail along Alameda Avenue between Fruitvale and High Street is being blocked by a homeless encampment and that trash is currently strewn across the trail from the encampment. I’m not sure which department at Oakland works to address these issues, but could you assist in forwarding this person’s complaint to the appropriate individuals at the City.
