Residents on 27 th Ave, E 9th, and E 10th keep putting orange cones and other objects to block public parking in front of their home. It has been an on going issue that lead to arguments, physical violence, and even damage of property. The amount of residents reserving parking has increased over these past months.

On top of the historic sawmill furniture company building there is offensive and distracting painting including painted picture and verbage.
This blight near the top of the large historic building is both in eyesore and a traffic distraction on the 580 hwy.

Home has been foreclosed on but owner is deliberately tossing garbage in the driveway to obstruct it. She is blocking streets and sidewalk. Her unregistered vehicle is blocking the driveway preventing yard work from being done.

Two RVs have been parked along Lake Merritt on Lakeside Drive and Madison Street for two days and have not been moved.

There is an excess amount of water near the spigot at the community garden. I’ve contacted Manny but received no response from the community garden.

This car has been parked in a two hour zone and halfway blocking a driveway for over a week.

These two vehicles have been parked for over three weeks, accumulating an alarming array of issues. Not only do we have a stolen license plate on the blue car and no tags on the RV, but the scene is littered with exposed fecal matter, heaps of garbage, a random bathtub, tarps creating unsafe environments, and the hazardous practice of burning trash with utter disregard. Despite repeated pleas from businesses and residents, the City of Oakland continues to ignore our concerns, prioritizing profit over our safety and health. It's beyond frustrating.

I'm not waiting any longer. I'm taking this straight to TikTok for media coverage, and I've already reached out to our lawyer on retainer. Enough is enough. If the city won't act, we'll make sure the world knows about it. Our safety and well-being shouldn't be negotiable for the sake of bureaucratic indifference.

Red Mitsubishi Galant plate 5GXH706 parking longer than the 2 hour limit for non-residents and currently blocking the road by being too far from the curb and also obstructing access to an active driveway.

Completely blocking bike path on both sides. Has been like this for months. Now there’s even a spray painted sign telling pedestrians not to pass. I don’t think we should criminalize homelessness but this goes wayyyy too far. One or two homeless ppl should not be entitled to block a major pedestrian route indefinitely. Several potholes on Peralta Oaks Drive and Peralta Oaks Ct. that is a safety hazard for vehicles and people driving through. The Sherriff's Dept. and the East Bay Regional Park District vehicles also sustain damage when hitting these potholes.

the 3100 block o0f Martin Luther king Jr way between 31st and 32nd st has not had street sweeping for two months I have called 3 times and the report keeps getting closed and the street gutters are piling up with litter and debris. Street sweeping is scheduled every Tues and Friday 12AM-3AM the street was not swept again this morning.
